No account required. Step 1 downloads your intake as a JSON file (that file is the source of truth). Step 2 optionally pings us with metadata only — free-text answers stay in the JSON, not in the email body. This is deliberate: email is an injection surface.

After download: email the .json as an attachment to astrid@lesshands.com.au with subject [Audit intake], or wait for a one-time upload link. Do not paste estate contents into email.
